My husband called me as he was leaving this store earlier. Never has he been in a store where the workers were so rude! On top of the rudeness the tap to pay would not work. The lady made a statement well maybe you dont have the money.... He didn't reply just asked for his phone and left. Let's just say we do have the money lady! And my money will NOT be spent at your store ever! Customer lost!

Gotta great deal on a husqvarna mz48. It's powerful, and mows great. These fellas took care of me and got me in and out fast. Serviced the mower and I was on my way back. Thanks, Steven and Jacob.

I can in to get my lawnmower fixed. I was directed to go to the back where I was told that I would have to wait because the service rep was dealing with another client which was okay. Upon waiting for 10 minutes the service rep then told be it will be another 30 minutes until he can see me. I asked if I can drop it off and he says yes it 63 and some change and continue to walk out the room. The communication in that place is terrible.

Will say tires will be ready first thing in the morning then they won’t get it done, then say they will call you when they’re ready and act like you’re the dummy for being upset that they wasted your time and a drive across town. Terrible customer service and very combative. Do not do service here.

I bought a Husqvarna weed trimmer offline that's when we were having a dry spell so I did not get it out of the box for a month, when I got it out of the box I put new ethanol free fuel mixed 50 to 1 that was purchased from Bucky's,, started it took a few pulls then it would run but just bog at high RPM I went to resend it from the place that I purchased it but since it was over 30 days it said that I need to take it to an authorized repair shop that warranties Husqvarna and it gave me this location, I brought it in the man, he said this looks brand new I said yes it's been used less than 5 minutes I said I'm bringing it here for the warranty, it is under warranty correct, he said it should be but I'm going to need $55 for you to leave it here, that didn't make sense to me but I gave them a credit card he said it would be finished probably within a week, week goes by I didn't hear from anyone so I called, the man said yes it's done it's been sitting here I said it's under warranty once again, he was told it should be the lady in the back should have submitted it I said okay I'm on my way, I get there talk to another guy on the left of the counter that was watching YouTube video
